Ricardo Rasera has over 30 years of professional experience in the area of Finance. He has worked in the automotive, information technology, telecommunications and outsourcing sectors for leading multinational companies, such as Peugeot, Atos Origin, Nortel Networks and CPM Braxis Capgemini.

Just prior to joining TRIARII, Ricardo was CFO and partner at Shopping do Cidadão for 11 years, a company specialized in the implementation and management of Citizen Service Centers, popularly known as “Poupatempo”. In this position, he co-led the creation of several service centers in the Brazilian states of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Ceará and Espírito Santo. As part of this process, he led the development of several economic and financial studies for PPP (Public-Private Partnership) projects, from the initial conception by the public entity until its subsequent conversion into a bidding process. In addition, Ricardo provided strategic financial support to the company in several bid proposals and played a significant role in several financial analyses for contract renegotiations between public and private entities.

Ricardo joined TRIARII in June 2021 to lead the PPP & Government Concessions Business Unit. His role will be to help our clients with the development of public-private partnerships, through the execution of economic and financial models for (a) public notices and bids, (b) commercial proposals from the private partner, and (c) strategic/financial support to contract renegotiations and disputes between public and private partners.

Ricardo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV in São Paulo, Brazil, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Insper in São Paulo, Brazil. He is fluent in Portuguese and English and is dual citizen of Brazil and Italy.

His hobbies are traveling with friends, cycling, squash, beach tennis and watching football matches.
