Marcos has over 30 year of professional experience in Brazil and the United States. His background covers a wide range of business functions and industries such as Banking, Clothing, Medical Equipment and Services, Education, Equipment Rental, among others.

Prior to joining TRIARII, he worked for industry-leading companies such as Philips (Netherlands), Dixtal (Brazil), Gloria Coelho (Brazil) and Banco Real (one of the largest Brazilian Banks, acquired by ABM AMRO Bank and thereafter by Santander).

With TRIARII, Marcos has successfully led important consulting engagements in the field of performance improvement. His specialties include strategic planning, balance scorecard, financial modelling, controllership, cost accounting, tax planning, ERP system implementation, and project management.

Marcos has an MBA (Masters of Business Administration) in International Markets from FGV-Fundação Getúlio Vargas, an MBA (Masters of Business Administration) in Corporate Finance from USP-University of São Paulo, and a Masters in Business Strategy from Mackenzie University. He has attended executive education courses in the fields of BPM-business process management, ABC costing, Information technology, and organizational structure.
