“I got to know TRIARII through one of its courses (Costing Accounting and Pricing Strategy), taught by the partner Marcus Morelli. Impressed with his mastery of the topic, I invited him to the factory for a private conversation. After a few meetings, we started one of the most important projects in Mekal's history: its corporate restructuring and turnaround, which lasted for approximately 15 months, culminating in one of the most important M&A transactions of 2019 from the Architecture and Design industry in Brazil.
